Jamie Tworkowski, founder of To Write Love On Her Arms, visited Holy Trinity High School and spoke about a message of hope and love and acceptance. A message that asks people to rally around those in pain, and a message that tells us that the world does not have to be such a lonely place.
That message resonated with more than a few students at Holy Trinity, and they decided to do something about it. Lead by Amanda, they formed a chapter of The Storytellers to raise money and awareness for TWLOHA.
I have been so lucky to work with these students over the last semester, and to say they are impressive is an understatement. They are a voice in their school, spreading such an attitude of positivity and love.
Check out a special Fears vs. Dreams photo shoot with the Holy Trinity Storytellers crew below. I can't encourage you enough to find out more about the TWLOHA movement, and you can scroll down to the bottom of this post for information on how to support Holy Trinity and TWLOHA :)
P.S. I don't tend to use this blog as a platform, but I love what The Storytellers stand for and I think we can help :) I am asking 100 fans to donate $10 each to Holy Trinity's Storytellers movement. Let's help them reach their fundraising goal! Click here to donate to the cause, and let me know in that you did in the comments so I can shower you with all kinds of love and hugs!
