Christina :: Bridal Portrait Photography Session

Some sessions just make me happy in every single way.  For those of you that follow regularly, you've heard me gush about the Savanna photography retreat that I went on a few weeks ago.  I can't even begin to explain how many new experiences I was so lucky to have on this retreat.  And each one changed me for the better and made me a better photographer.

First off, we did a bridal shoot!  This whole wedding world is so new to me!  (You know, except for my own wedding!)  It was a styled wedding shoot with a model (Christina, who so completely rocks), so I was able to kind of dip my feet in and see what it might be like to shoot weddings without all of the pressure and intensity of a real wedding day.

It was also the first time that I really shot with other photographers.  If you have never shot with other photographers, do it!  Seriously, you will not regret it.  My CeFloFePho (Central Florida Female Photographers) girls, Sarah Bray, Jessica Regan, and Erika Hopkins, are so amazing.  The shoot was full of so much creative energy.  We all fed off each others' ideas, and yet, we were each able to make the shoot completely our own.  This is the way collaboration is supposed to work, people!

I could go on and on about this experience for pretty much ever, but I will save you all of that for now :)

How about I just show you some of the photos from our amazing model Christina.
